This often includes couples who may or may not have secured a venue and have booked fewer than 80% of their vendors.

This package provides a complete, structured foundation to guide couples from uncertainty to full clarity. Wedded Details begins by building a fully customized wedding budget, a detailed task list, venue guidance, a draft timeline, and strategic vendor inquiry templates—ensuring clients ask the right questions early and make informed decisions from the start.

A key component of this experience is access to Veronica, Wedded Details’ AI-powered assistant, trained to instantly review and vet vendor contracts and proposals. Veronica helps ensure that every agreement aligns with the couple’s needs before they sign—allowing clients to move quickly and confidently, especially when taking advantage of limited-time offers or incentives from vendors.

In addition, clients receive 9 months of support through the I-Do Desk, giving them ongoing access to guidance throughout their planning journey, along with weekly group wedding planning calls led by an experienced planner with over a decade of expertise.

As the wedding approaches, Wedded Details transitions into execution mode. Approximately three months prior to the event, the team conducts a comprehensive review of all planning details to produce a refined, highly detailed wedding day timeline. This is paired with customized final details emails for vendors, the wedding party, and key family members—ensuring everyone is aligned and fully prepared.
