If you booked your venue already, you're ahead of the curve and get so skip straight to phase 1.
However if you haven't booked your venue yet, we're here to help. We have a whole pre-work process to help you find the perfect local venue for you. You'll receive a list of multiple recommended venues within 5 days of completing your pre-work form.
PHASE 1: Book Your Vendors & Design
We'll create a detailed budget and draft schedule for your wedding, then will recommend multiple vendors per category, based on your budget, vision and style. Additionally, we'll give you the exact inquiry text per category to ensure you get an accurate quote from every vendor after just 1 request..
Next, we review every proposal before you sign to ensure it meets your needs. We'll also create a gorgeous custom event design for you.
PHASE 2: Final Details
We'll take a final deep dive through your final vision, all of your vendor contracts and then create a detailed final wedding schedule for your wedding. This also includes final communications drafted for each vendor, parents and your wedding party to ensure everyone knows how to show up for your wedding and work in harmony.
At the end, you'll have a clear, professional plan to ensure everyone is on point without throwing your schedule.

Am I required to book a day of coordinator?
Options for day of coordinators from our partner program for $2000 will be provided within 5 days of receiving your intake form.
However, you are not required to book one. Alternatively, we have automatically provided training that can be shared with a volunteer day of coordinator (friend of family) for free.
The choice is up to you, and you do not have to make a decision at the time of booking Wedded Details.
